According to the customer’s needs, the designated contact person is responsible for the financial and general administration services of the Properties as follows:
Property accounting and rental invoicing are done with the help of our partner, who is specialized in property financial management. We take care of the accuracy of the accounting and financial statements, as well as expense and rent revisions monitoring. We also take care of monitoring the rental ledger and payments. We report accurately and according to the agreed schedule according to the wishes of the owners and use the same analyzed information as a basis for the decision. Our investor reporting includes the following areas: financial reporting (monthly / quarterly), cost and project monitoring reporting (incl. Long term plan- monitoring), and the preparation of forecasts and budgets.
We also take care of the documentation and information storage of the properties’ administration.
