Famla Asset Managemnt is a family-owned Finnish asset management company that was founded in 2011. We have been operating as a local Asset Manager to a foreign investor for several different properties in the Turku region. The properties in our management consist of various business premises, such as office, retail, hobby, logistics and warehouse spaces.
In our daily operations we strive to ensure that the value of the managed properties increases and that return expectations are met. This goal is best achieved by ensuring a high occupancy rate of the property, user satisfaction and active management of the technical life cycle of the property. However, our operations are always guided by the needs and expectations of our customers: the needs of the owners and the users and as well as the needs of the property guides our decision-making.
