We take care of the accuracy of the accounting and financial statements, as well as expense and rent revisions monitoring. We also take care of monitoring the rental ledger and payments. We report accurately and according to the agreed schedule according to the wishes of the owners and use the same analyzed information as a basis for the decision. Our investor reporting includes the following areas: financial reporting (monthly \/ quarterly), cost and project monitoring reporting (incl.
